As a resident of the Western suburbs since 1975 (of Chicago, Illinois), I am currently living in Bloomingdale. My husband and I have twin boys and we enjoy spending time with them on school and sports activities.

I am an active member in our community, including the Chamber of Commerce, the Bloomingdale Public Library Board, and my church. I currently serve as Treasurer for the Bloomingdale Education Foundation as well as a precinct committee person and a member of the Business and Professional Women's Group.
I have extensive experience in banking and real estate, hold a BA in Economics with a minor in accounting and I'm multi-lingual with expertise in English, Slovene, Serbo-Croatian, German and Polish.
